Business thoughts
Hi ,
Here is the October instalment of my monthly newsletter, "Business Thoughts" (Suggestions for a catchier name always welcome).

This month I've decided on a 'loosish'-kind-of-theme-type-of-thingo-whatsit: Kindness, happiness and self-compassion.

There's an article about kindness I wrote after the recent death of my mother, there are articles about happiness and self compassion from some great writers and another article of my own about the Grumpy old man in who lives in my head and makes my life hard.

I hope you enjoy it.

Cheers,
Roland

PS: Feel free to forward to anyone you like of course.
